Boot Camp is our most popular co-ed multilevel small group training program. This HIIT
style small group class is now being offered in new time slots to keep
classes small and accommodate busy working schedules.
Programs run twice a week, in 12 week blocks seasonally on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm for only $18 per hour.
