Boot Camp - Tuesday/Thursday 6am

Learn fitness fundamentals while you burn and firm the entire body in our most popular co-ed class for only $18 per session. Our HIIT style small group class offers clear progressions and options from the novice participant to the experienced. Programs run twice a week, in 12 week blocks seasonally on Tuesdays and Thursday at 6:00 am.
